• Profile information: profile photo, home address, and general location.
• Identity verification (artisans only): ID type, ID number, and a photo of your ID, used to verify artisans offering services on the platform.
• Property & service data: property listings you create or view, artisan service requests, job descriptions, budgets, and scheduling details.
• Location data: property and service-request locations, including GPS coordinates when you choose to share them, used to show nearby listings and match service requests.
• Payment information: transaction amount, currency, and payment reference. Payments are processed by Paystack; we do not collect or store your card or bank details.
• Reviews & ratings: reviews and star ratings you submit for properties or artisans.
• Photos: images you upload for property listings, artisan trade work, or your profile, via your device camera or photo library.
• Usage & device data: IP address, device/browser information, and app usage data collected automatically to keep the Service secure and reliable.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you when you log in.
• To show property listings and match artisan service requests to relevant professionals.
• To process payments and payouts, and to prevent fraud.
• To verify artisan identity and maintain trust and safety on the platform.
• To display reviews and ratings to other users.
• To send you service-related notifications, such as order, payment, or job status updates.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following cases:

• With other users: your name, profile photo, ratings, and relevant listing/request details are visible to other users as needed to complete a transaction (e.g. a property listing or artisan request).
• With Paystack: to process payments and artisan payouts securely.
• With Google Maps: approximate location data to display maps and property locations.
• For legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we are required to keep by law (e.g. payment records). Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update the personal information we hold about you.
